1. What We Collect

Account details (name, email, password hash), organization and business records you enter into the platform, billing details processed by Stripe (we never store card numbers), and basic usage logs (IP address, actions taken) for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use It

To provide and secure the service, process payments, respond to support requests, and maintain an activity audit trail for your organization. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your business data for advertising.

3. Sharing

Data is shared only with processors required to run the service — hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), and payments (Stripe) — each bound by their own data-protection terms. We disclose data when legally required.

4. Retention & Deletion

Data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account from your profile page or by emailing us; we delete associated personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or billing purposes.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our database provider, and access is restricted per organization with role-based controls.
