Terms of Service

1. Agreement

GovcoreERP is operated by RAXX BEATS STUDIOS LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or access other organizations' data, no reselling without written permission, and no interference with the service's operation.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and back up that data to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Billing

Paid modules are billed through Stripe on a subscription basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time from the billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
